'Kids Fitness Exercise | Follow Along Core Strengthening Workout'

'Today\'s workout video is a core strengthening work out with Fittr kids Coach Archisha.  It will be a quick follow along of three exercises. 45 seconds on and 15 seconds off, so let\'s get into it!  Get a yoga mat and let\'s get started  Bicycle Crunches: Lay flat on your back and follow Archisha. This will engage your obliques 15 seconds rest before leg lifts  Leg Lifts: will be particularly felt in your lower abs. Keep your back on the mat at all times and remember it\'s okay if your legs do not go too low. Focus on the technique  After another rest before the last exercise  Plank Toe touches: Make sure your back is straight when you come back to the middle after touching your toes. If you can\'t touch your toes, you can aim for the knees and keep lowering the hand as mobility increases.   Don\'t forget to stretch with Archisha after the workout! Hold each stretch for 30 seconds minimum  That\'s all for today! See you next time!
